Privacy notice — draft for review

Draft for legal and operational review before launch. Operator contact, retention periods, hosting subprocessors and jurisdiction must be confirmed.

Your private workspace

Your account stores your name, email, time zone and membership status. Reflections, journals, goals, focus wheels, habit check-ins and reviews are stored separately from public articles and are private by default. The application only returns these records to their signed-in owner.

Access and storage

Content editors have no member-record browsing screen. Infrastructure administrators with database or backup access may technically access stored records for incident response and recovery. Authorized administrators process verified export or deletion requests through WordPress privacy tools. Private writing is not sent to AI services or collected by analytics.

Your choices

You can export your records from Account in your workspace and request deletion. Archiving hides a record from active views but does not erase it. An administrator must complete verified deletion requests; deleting an account removes its workspace records. Backup retention and deletion timelines require confirmation before launch.

Cookies and communication

WordPress uses necessary login cookies. This local release does not install advertising or analytics tracking. Contact forms provide your email and message to the site operator. Password recovery uses email; the local release captures messages for testing instead of sending them.

Before launch

Confirm the operator identity and contact address, lawful basis and rights applicable to the audience, retention and backup policy, payment provider and processor disclosures. This notice is not final legal advice.
