A FEW WORDS FOR THE WAY
A reflection that gives you somewhere to start
You do not need a complete explanation of your life before taking a useful step. A brief reflection can help separate what is happening from what you want to try.
Begin with a description
Write one or two sentences about what is taking up space today. Use specific situations: “I am checking work messages after dinner” gives you more to work with than “I am bad at boundaries.”
Name what you need
Ask what you would like more of: rest, connection, creativity or steadiness. You do not need to justify your answer.
Choose a small experiment
Pick an action you can try once this week. Define when it might fit and what a smaller version would be. Your next reflection can ask what happened, rather than whether you succeeded.
Try it now
Use the three-minute starting-point exercise, then choose whether to save your answers.
